Micah Dee Esclovon
A Lumberton man was arrested Friday, January 18, and charged with DWI Third or More, according to Lumberton police.
Micah Dee Esclovan, 39 years old, was stopped by Lumberton Police Officer Dale Tinsley for speeding on Village Creek Parkway, around 10 p.m. on Friday. It is reported that Officer Tinsley observed the vehicle swerving on the road.
The officer reported that the suspect showed the usual signs of intoxication and administered standard field sobriety tests to him. According to the report, the suspect failed the tests, was arrested and transported to the Hardin County Jail.
Esclovan submitted to the breathalyzer at the jail which registered .16 percent blood alcohol content, police say. He was booked for DWI Third or More due to multiple prior convictions.
