Early Voting for the 2018 midterm elections will begin for Hardin County registered voters on Monday, Oct. 22 and end on Friday, Nov. 2, just before the general election.
Registration closes on Oct. 9, 2018, so voters not registered in Hardin County then will not be able to participate in early voting.
Hardin County voters can cast a ballot at any one of the following early voting locations:
Early voting location:
Hardin County Courthouse Dome, starting Monday, Oct. 22 – Nov. 2, from 8 am to 5 pm, located at 300 West Monroe Street, in Kountze;
Branch Early Voting on the following dates and places:
First Assembly of God Church, on Tuesday, Oct. 23, from 9 am to 7 pm, located at 950 Highway 96 South, in Silsbee;
Lumberton City Hall, Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 9 am to 7 pm, located at 836 N. Main Street, in Lumberton; and
Sour Lake Community Center, Thursday, Oct. 25, from 9 am to 7 pm, located at 350 S. Ann Street, in Sour Lake.
Hardin County Courthouse Dome, Saturday, Oct. 27, from 8 am to 5 pm, and
Hardin County Courthouse Dome, Sunday, Oct. 28, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Voters must provide proof of identification using any one of seven acceptable IDs like a Texas driver’s license, Texas election ID card, Texas personal ID card, Texas handgun license, US Military ID card, US citizenship certificate with ID photo, or a US passport.
